1. We inspect every item as it arrives from our supplier. If it isn’t perfect, we send it back.
2. Using leading-edge technology, our on-site artist meticulously reproduces your camera-ready logo or artwork.
3. A test run of your project on our state-of-the-art embroidery machines ensures that the embroidered image is just right before the machines are set to complete the job.
4. Once embroidered, your items are individually inspected. If a loop or stray thread is discovered, our employee clips it or works it into the design.
5. Items are stream-pressed and checked once more for imperfections.
6. A final quality check is performed as items are individually wrapped in plastic and packed for shipping
